Accurate Wheel Profiling

The Tecomec Wheel Profiling Tool shapes wheels quickly and precisely. It employs a diamond cutter with four working positions. When held in the grinder's vise, the Profiling Tool easily shapes wheels to the correct profile.

Each Profile Tool has four working positions:

• 2.9mm Half Round - Slightly under 1/8"
• 3.2mm Half Round - Slightly over 1/8"
• 4.7mm Half Round - 3/16"
• Flat

When using, be sure that the black face of the diamond shaper is facing forward.

To Use

• Clamp the shaping tool in the the chain vise.
• Be sure to set the wheel to 0°.
• Without turning the machine on, lower the wheel to ensure the shaping tool is centered on the wheel. Adjust as necessary.
• With the machine running, slowly lower the wheel into the shaping tool.
